1. Requirement
Develop the tooling from complete drawings, protect the fit-critical outer geometry and reach the first production shot within the customer's 30-day project window.
The customer supplied complete product drawings. The recorded targets were a 30-day delivery window, a minimum mold-life requirement of 100,000 shots and controlled fit where the housing met the vehicle body structure.

Yuda built the mold from the customer's drawings within the recorded 30-day window. The molded housing met the specified body-fit requirements and passed customer acceptance on the first submission.
| Input | Complete customer product drawings |
|---|---|
| Application | Automotive / electric-vehicle motor housing |
| Delivery record | Within 30 days |
| Mold-life requirement | 100,000 shots minimum |
| Recorded result | First-submission acceptance |
Develop the tooling from complete drawings, protect the fit-critical outer geometry and reach the first production shot within the customer's 30-day project window.
The outer surface had to align with the vehicle body structure. Assembly fit and the visible transition between parts were key approval points.
The mold was delivered within the recorded window. The housing met the drawing-based fit requirement and passed customer acceptance on the first submission.
Mark the body surfaces, mounting points and gap conditions that control assembly acceptance.
State the required dimensional report, sample quantity, fit check and any customer-specific approval process.
Mold-life requirements influence tooling decisions, while part approval depends on the drawing, resin, process window and assembly test.
Send the 3D file, 2D drawing, resin, annual quantity and assembly requirements.
