What materials do you work with?
We commonly work with ABS, PP, PE, PA/Nylon, PC, POM, PS, PMMA, and other engineering plastics. Filled or specialty materials can also be discussed.

Can you handle high-volume production?
Yes. We run 11 horizontal injection molding machines up to 1,500T and 9 vertical machines for insert molding. We support projects from small trials to large-volume production.

How long does a mold take to build?
Standard molds typically take 30–45 days after project confirmation. Complex or multi-cavity molds may take 45–60 days depending on structure, size, and material requirements.

Can you help if I'm not sure which material to use?
Yes. Based on your product function, application environment, budget, and production volume, we can recommend practical plastic and mold material options.

Do you provide DFM feedback before tooling?
Yes. We review your drawings or samples before mold development and flag potential risks such as wall thickness, shrinkage, draft angles, undercuts, and assembly issues.
