哪些资料视为项目资料
Project information may include RFQ forms, drawings, CAD files, 2D drawings, 3D models, sample photos, part requirements, material information, tolerance notes, annual volume, application details, supplier comments, and related emails or messages.
项目资料可能包括 RFQ 表单、图纸、CAD 文件、2D 图纸、3D 模型、样品照片、零件要求、材料信息、公差备注、年用量、应用场景、供应商备注及相关邮件或留言。
Purpose of Use

Submitted files and project details are used for engineering review, DFM evaluation, mold feasibility assessment, quotation, production planning, quality review, and communication with the customer about the project.
提交的文件和项目资料用于工程评审、DFM 评估、模具可行性判断、报价、生产计划、质量评审，以及围绕该项目与客户沟通。
Internal Access Control
内部访问控制
Access to submitted project materials is limited to relevant Yuda Molding team members such as sales, engineering, tooling, quality, and production personnel who need the information to evaluate or support the project.
提交的项目资料仅限昱达模具内部相关人员按需访问，例如销售、工程、模具、质量和生产人员，用于评估或支持项目。
No Public Sharing or Resale
不公开分享或转售
We do not sell customer drawings, CAD files, RFQ details, or project information. We do not intentionally publish customer confidential files on the website or use them in marketing materials without permission.
我们不会出售客户图纸、CAD 文件、RFQ 资料或项目资料。未经许可，我们不会有意将客户保密文件公开在网站上，或用于营销材料。
NDA Support
NDA 支持
If a project requires a non-disclosure agreement, customers may contact us before uploading sensitive documents. We can review NDA requirements and coordinate the next steps with your purchasing, engineering, or legal team.
如项目需要签署保密协议，客户可在上传敏感文件前联系我们。我们可配合审查 NDA 要求，并与贵司采购、工程或法务团队沟通后续事项。
File Upload Safety
文件上传安全
Our inquiry form accepts common engineering file types such as STEP, STP, IGES, X_T, PDF, DWG, DXF, and ZIP. Uploaded files are intended for project review only and are stored outside the public website file directory.
询盘表单支持常见工程文件格式，例如 STEP、STP、IGES、X_T、PDF、DWG、DXF 和 ZIP。上传文件仅用于项目评审，并存储在公开网站目录之外。
For multiple CAD files, we recommend uploading one ZIP package and avoiding unnecessary confidential information unrelated to the project.
多份 CAD 文件建议打包为一个 ZIP，并避免上传与项目无关的敏感资料。
Customer Responsibility
客户责任
Customers should ensure they are authorized to share the submitted drawings, designs, trademarks, samples, or product information with Yuda Molding for review and quotation.
客户应确保其有权向昱达模具提交相关图纸、设计、商标、样品或产品资料用于评审和报价。
